Overview

FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic D-retro-inverso peptide designed to selectively induce apoptosis in senescent cells by disrupting the interaction between FOXO4 and p53. This targeted approach to senolytic therapy is studied for its role in promoting cellular rejuvenation, extending lifespan in preclinical models, and reducing markers of aging-related dysfunction.
